- 4 ribeye steaks - Salt, pepper - 3 tbsp olive oil - 4 cloves garlic - 4 tbsp butter - Fresh rosemary, thyme
Preparation
Season steaks. 2. Sear 4-5 mins each side. 3. Add butter, garlic, herbs; baste. 4. Rest 5 mins before serving.
